I have
always looked forward to Kanye West’s speeches because his speeches doesn’t go
without a little controversy and this time again, he delivered.
Kanye was
presented with a visionary award at the 2015 BET Eight Annual Honors Awards in
Washington DC. He then took the stage to accept his award and delivered a
characteristically colorful speech, touching on creativity, and making a joke
about Kim's history of dating "broke black dudes".
“You know,
they say white girls go out and get a rich black dude. But my wife dated broke
black dudes…”
The joke
got the audience laughing. That was definitely for Ray J, the man that
released his sex tape with Kim Kardashian West. The 2015 BET
Honors Awards will premiere on Monday, February 23rd at 9/8c on BET
