President Zuma's son, Duduzane Zuma responsible for taxi crash death

Randburg Magiststare Court  after an inquest has found the son of South African President, Duduzane Zuma. 32 responsible for the death of Dube,30 through negligence in a car crash in Ferbuary this year.

The inquest was to determine whether Zuma or taxi driver Jabulani Dlamini, 30, was responsible for the accident. Dube died on the scene after Zuma's silver Porsche 911 Turbo collided with the taxi in which she was travelling on the M1 South highway in Johannesburg.

The inquest had been established after the National Prosecuting Authority decided to not prosecute Zuma, citing insufficient evidence. The inquest's aim was to establish whether the accident was caused by human error.

National Prosecuting Authority spokesman Nathi Mncube said the authority would examine all the evidence before deciding whether to prosecute Zuma. He said this could take three or four months.
