Heard
rumours about Lulu Dikana’s death on Tweeter but had no confirmation from the
family or music label but Sony Music Executive Head of A&R, Zakes has
confirmed Singer Lulu Dikana has passed away.
The
statement reads:
"It
is with deep sadness that we announce the unexpected and tragic loss of soul
songstress Lulu Dikana who passed away last night after a short illness while
being treated in hospital. Our deepest condolences go out to her family,
friends and all her fans who came to know and love her through her music.
"Funeral
details will be made available as soon as these have been finalized."
She is the
older sister of Zonke Dikana, an X Factor Judge, singer and songwriter.
