Mutilated Body found at Cape Town beach


The mutilated body of a man has been found in the park of one of Cape Town's most scenic beaches.
Municipal workers made the discovery at around 9.00CAT on Tuesday morning. A decapitated torso was found wrapped in a plastic sheet while the arms, legs and head were found in another plastic bag a few meters away .It is believed the body parts had been refrigerated before being dumped on the coastal road between Camp Bay and Hout Bay.
Police said DNA tests will be performed to try and establish the victim's identity and other aspects pertaining the matter are yet to be established.
