Alleged plot to bomb St.Louis's Gateway Arch and kill Ferguson Police Chief

Two men Olajuwon Davis, 22 (aka David Ali) and Brandon Orlando Baldwin (aka Brandon Muhammad) were arrested last Friday on Federal charges of making false statements when attempting to buy pistols in Cabela’s store in Hazelwood, Missouri.

It is alleged that the duo were planning to bomb the St. Louis iconic Gateway Arch and kill Ferguson’s Police Chief Tom Jackson and the Prosecuting Attorney, Robert McCulloch in charge of Daren Wilson’s case.

Sources close to the investigation were uncertain whether the men had the capability to carry pot the plans , although the two allegedly did buy what they thought was a pipe bomb in an undercover law enforcement sting. Each faces a charge of aiding and abetting the making of a false written statement made in connection with a firearms purchase.

Davis and Baldwin who are members of the New Black Panther Party. The New Black Panther Party, a controversial organization that has been accused of encouraging violence against white people, Jews and law enforcement, has taken an active role in the Ferguson protests since August.

The New Black Panther issued a statement calling the allegation regarding bombing and killing "totally unfounded" and "trumped up and baseless"

Davis denounced Wilson's actions at a rally in a Ferguson church last month. "This is not the first Mike Brown, and it won't be the last, if we do not unite," he said at the time. "Divided, we lose brothers and sisters. If you do not unite, put aside your differences and unite, you can expect no changes in the future."

Protests, looting and multiple arson have been triggered in Ferguson following McCulloch’s press conference announcement that a grand jury had decided not to indict Darren Wilson for fatally shooting an unarmed teenager Micheal Brown.

Wilson defended his action by saying he” just did what I was paid to do”
