No charges over Bill Cosby sexual assault allegations

The sexual molestation lawsuit against Bill Cosby filed by Judy Huth has been rejected by U.S prosecutor and this is good news for Cosby as he will not be charged.

Judy Huth alleged that Bill Cosby sexually assaulted her when she was 15 years in 1979 at the playboy Mansion in Los Angeles.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office rejected filing a misdemeanor charge of annoying or molesting a child under the age of 18 because the statute of limitations had passed.
